Riley Bersten1 year agoRiley BerstenYou can say thank you in many ways but sometimes all it takes is simply saying thank you. 0 Reply GCharlotte1 year agoGCharlotteI may say Thank you through prayer. I may say thank you by being on time for my appointment and attemtive. I may say thank you through kindness to my parents. 0 Reply Ose1 year agoOseBy thanking for the life given to me and all of us. By thanking for the medicines which are available for healing, substances, plants, knowledge developed with love and of a quality that help us unfold on our way on this earthly gift of life. By thanking for all the beauty which nature, which mother earth offers to all of us so abundantly. And by thanking for you being here, for accompanying and guiding each other home. 1 Reply Kevin1 year agoKevinBy living each hour of this grand new day to the best of my ability and in ways that serve not only myself, but for others too, whom I know and do not know. 2 Reply Antoinette1 year agoAntoinetteI woke this morning and remembered that I could try to make the difference in others lives. I went to visit my dad in his assisted living home. I took him out in his wheelchair today and I hope that it could give him some comfort. 5 Reply Chester1 year agoChesterBy passing the gratitude forward! 6 Reply Alicia Mary Ann Parr1 year agoAlicia Mary Ann ParrI can breathe easily without thought. When I woke up to see snow on pines, I said “ Thank you” When I see compassion, as I have here , thank you. If I can complete my course on earth, I will say thank you. But I will also say thank you that I completed some of my missions. If I lightened a burden, I say thank you. To those who lightened mine, I say thank you. And where things were not light or easy, I say thank you for lessons learned and yet to be learned or even taught . 6 Reply Hot Sauce1 year agoHot SauceThis actually really gives me some perspective. I’ve been struggling with some intrusive thoughts that have put me in an emotional roller coaster, but I don’t need to deny this or pretend it away. If I feel sad or anxious about those thoughts, I can be grateful for them because they are a reminder that I am still alive. As my high school theater teacher used to say, “If you’re nervous, that’s a good thing. It means you’re alive!” 5 Reply Antoinette1 year agoAntoinetteThank you Hot sauce! I’m having some of the same feelings. 2 Reply Katrina1 year agoKatrinaBy thinking before I speak…is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, Knowledgable? 3 Reply Noveleffect1 year agoNoveleffect…and sometimes I speak before I think ? But this is good advice in general. Should make a habit of going through this as a mental checklist before I engage in conversation. 0 Reply Linda1 year agoLindaBy not reading the news!! 5 Reply Samuel1 year agoSamuelBy thanking God for yet another day, another opportunity to witness for God. For I may be the only Bible that some folk will ever see. It’s entirely on me to go about my life in a manner that sets a good Christian example for them. sb 3 Reply Debra1 year agoDebraI am thankful for the beautiful array of colorful hues stretched across the morning sky. Clouds intermittently glowing and percolating in pinks, reds and oranges against pale blue. An artist’s masterpiece reminding me that spirit emerges everywhere and within everyone. 8 Reply pkr1 year agopkrI start the day with thanking the Lord for this new and beautiful day. I intend to practice gratefulness, show love and look for joy today and intend to not get entangled in negativity, negative BS and not get caught up in the “news”. I intend to sow good seeds today. 8 Reply 1 year agosowing good seeds, thank you for this reminder! 0 Reply Samuel1 year agoSamuelGood for you, pkr… sb 1 Reply Ann1 year agoAnnBy remembering to pause throughout the day and take the time to deeply feel grateful will be my way of saying thank you for simply being. 5 Reply 1 year agoBy noticing and appreciating all the natural beauty outside my window as I see the sun rise reflecting a golden hue on the water. Practicing gratitude in this moment for all that arises in the moment. 4 Reply Mark Piper1 year agoMark PiperBeing pleasant as I move about my day. I will intentionally smile more; I will be more courteous; I will vocalize “thank you” more often; I will internalize my thanks for being here, really taking the time to acknowledge that. 4 Reply Tom Denham1 year agoTom DenhamI have been saying thank you when I awake most mornings lately because I have had a good night of sleep. And on the nights when I spend too much time awake, I still arise in the morning thankful because I can identify where I went too far and have a chance to do better in the new day. This gratitude stuff is infectious! Starting with my breath and my health and my mind. I can ask God to keep me tuned into the gifts and the joys and I can look upon others with love. I will consciously thank God for each person and each situation today. 4 Reply sunnypatti1 year agosunnypattiI thank God every day for letting me wake up and continue living. Followed by the serenity prayer, meditation, and intention setting. Peace, love and light to all! 4 Reply reality1 year agorealityAwakening, it was not dying to the life, sleep, so one can be reborn in the morn’. As we inhale, aspire, we exhale, inspire, the breath of life is spiritual. So too, awakening is as a promise we made before we were born, to be life. It is, this new day is given to be anew, awakened newly to the world, which has also evolved in it’s newness. It is for us to find and be what it is to be this new day. Thanx for all you do. Have a good day ? reality 3 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
