She always knows exactly how to soothe whatever has upset me, scared me, or saddened me and provides exceptional advice. She never does not have time for me and will pause her T.V. show 100 times in one night to listen to the one sentence I need to tell her. I love my mom. 8 Reply Cathy1 year agoCathyI love that you love your Mom, and that you know that you know no matter what, she is present for you. 1 Reply Toby1 year agoTobyBeautiful 1 Reply Dusty Su1 year agoDusty SuWalking, laughing, connecting, quiet, exercise, hugging, being fully present in my body, mind, spirit, emotions. Mindfulness of breathing helps me to establish myself in the present moment where it is possible to touch the wonders of being alive. The great zen master Thay teaches us that being mindful of our breath is freedom. Brother David also teaches us about stopping and being aware of the wonders of life in every moment. 4 Reply Anneclaire1 year agoAnneclaireAh!
