I appreciate and am grateful and now I can give thanks to the source of what I am appreciating. So today I give thanks to existence, that this body can move from the bed to stand and walk, to hold and operate this phone, to see the keyboard, hear the wood pigeon calling, to taste saliva ready for food, to smell the leather of this chair and the power to imagine a future and remember a past. 3 Reply csalt8 months agocsaltI can thank my husband of almost 52 years. He recently turned 78 years old and I am thankful everyday he is alive and well. I am grateful I can call him daily and ask him what he was cooking. It warms my heart to have a dad who always have treated me with kindness and love. Because of him, I am inspired to be better person each day. I understand that this gentleman (who I don’t know personally) began recording books to listen to in his car many years ago. It’s a monumental labour of love and I’m sure it will be a wonderful introduction for many to the work of one of my own greatest spiritual teachers. I went on the advice of the TeleMed doctor for having migraine almost 5 days. Everything came back ok (labs, chest xray, CT scan). I’m waiting for COVID19 home test kit results.
