What comes to mind is my daughter’s guardian angel that I prayed for. He was a God sent just when I needed him the most. He still checks in now even thought she is in treatment. I sent him a $50 Panera Bread ecard for stepping up and helping her out when she needed help. Thank Goodness for such kindness “Human Angels” in and around us all when we need it the most.

Perfect timing happens way too often for it to be a coincidence. I don’t know why or how, only that it does.

Often, dear friends, or my sister, or other dear ones were so kind to listen or came to visit or were willing to lovingly phone when having fallen again into old patterns of sadness. It was a big step to having learned to ask for help and to experience that all these dear people were there, caring, and willing just to be with me in these dark moments helped a lot to come out of it again. It leaves me deeply grateful for all their kindness and love. To go through a deep seated grief and despair once imprinted and having been forced to feel the despair down to its end might even allow for leaving this meanwhile fixed idea for good. Work in progress at least. I registered for the course “Grief and Gratefulness” here, chosen to take heart and consciously to face the deep seated pain. The poems of David Whyte given and cited by him in the session four recording and his very natural and deeply insightful and compassionate poetry and being for example is pure inspiration and deep joy in this process. A deep bow and a deep thank you to you, dear David Whyte.
Recently help was offered, a chance to become aware of something to possibly share and be of support for others together with others, related to meditation. It brings back deep love for sharing and being of help through sharing beloved stillness with an open heart and being together in this. It was such a deeply joyful, still experience all together. Incredible help all together, everywhere around, and not even having mentioned all the countless heartfelt help and support of so many dear kindred hearts during all my life. Blessings and my deep thanks to all of you, here and beyond.✨💕🙏🙇🙏💕✨

My gastroenterologist. She figured out what nobody else seemed to be able to do, and basically saved my life.

Often. Many times in the past month, and week. As I let go of attachment to what the ‘right kind of help’ might be, and the ‘when’ my ego believes I need it, it is pretty much always there….

    I have experienced synchronicity, at
key moments, a few times in my life.
    A phone call, a book, a connection.
Friends have been there for me, but
I am learning not to wait for them,
but to be proactive and reach out
to them when I need a hand. Staying
    connected is my work.

It is amazing how often the right kind of help shows up just at the needed time. The key is for me to be aware and see it. The help arrives in forms of a poem, article, words, gestures, a remembrance or an insight.

It often happens when I read many of the reflections here. A turn of phrase, observation or quote posted by one of you can help me see a situation in a new way. Thank you, everyone.

We are having to change our TV provider so my husband can watch his beloved football team the Denver Broncos. He is from Denver. My neighbors have given me some tips about internet speed, providers, and Roku gadgets.
