Working together through differences, appreciating the others perspective while offering your view and being able to compromise. 5 Reply Kevin3 months agoKevinCollaborating with others almost always makes everything better. I say “almost,” because there are some tasks and projects that are just easier if tackled alone. Besides, when it comes to cleaning the cat box, doing “poop patrol” picking up after our dog in the backyard, or unplugging the toilet when the grandkids are over, nobody else in this house has ever said, “Hey Kevin, let me help you with that?” 13 Reply pkr3 months agopkrKevin, thanks for the laugh! It went well and everyone was glad we did that as a family. My one side has zoomed weekly for months, the other side we’ve done it twice. It's easier for all of us when we work together to get our tasks done efficiently. And for just myself workwise, I have recently asked for help from a Team Leader at another store close by since my own TL will be on leave soon. Reaching out for the guidance and backup has already made me feel more confident in running my department when his leave starts. Collaborating with my fiance has made life in general better, too! He is my partner, my best...Work is better when I collaborate with my team. It’s easier for all of us when we work together to get our tasks done efficiently. And for just myself workwise, I have recently asked for help from a Team Leader at another store close by since my own TL will be on leave soon. Reaching out for the guidance and backup has already made me feel more confident in running my department when his leave starts. Collaborating with my fiance has made life in general better, too! He is my partner, my best friend, and I have never felt so safe, so loved, and so in tune with another human being. It’s one of the greatest gifts God has given me.
