My recent studies and reflections have made me realize How strong I really am. My ability to cope during difficult times. How awesome I really am to be a survivor! 5 Reply Howie Geib7 months agoHowie GeibContemplating this question the word obedience came immediately to the foreground. Coping with authority in a community setting was never really an overt problem. It was obedience to the plan. Sticking to it. Doing hard things and seeing them through to completion. Such assessments need the seasoning of time, and, are best left to others to measure and not myself. 5 Reply Amy7 months agoAmyKevin, you always write so eloquently and deep when you answer these. In fact, when I’m on this site, I always seek out your response because it usually resonates with me. I began participating in the Daily Questions back in 2014 and have done so every day since except for three days when I had back surgery some four years ago. What works for me is this: I read each Daily Question, then copy the question into my own Word file (one file for each month) and then write my response below the question itself. Then, I copy and paste it into the site along with everyone else’s response. I also don’t read other people’s responses until I have posted my own. When I’m done, I especially enjoy reading how other folks have responded. My hunch is that many, if not most people, respond using their phone or other hand-held device and do so while on the go, which is fine also. I almost always use my computer and respond to the day’s question shortly after rising each morning. Again, Amy, thank you for your kind words my friend. And have a fantastic day!
