When I am able to live in a place of faith-filled gratitude, joy, love, I have a much more outwards look. Others benefit from this as do I. I find that it takes a two-handed approach. One is to sit still at the beginning of the day (better yet, the night before,) and prioritize what needs doing in an A, B, C style. A. Must be done. B. Try to do. C. Would be nice to do. Then make sure I fill up and engage myself in a spirit of love with God, life, the to-dos, and others. Also, to always leave enough wriggle room for spontaneity as Spirit would lead. This website and everyone is so beneficial to healthy living:) 3 Reply Angela Andre9 months agoAngela AndreI could prioritize my time better. I have many goals, but a hard time getting started. I break them down into smaller steps, but I still struggle to tackle them. Perhaps this is because I am not scheduling time to work on them every day or even weekly. Today, my goal is to do just that; schedule one hour blocks where I work on some aspect of a goal. 6 Reply Zenith9 months agoZenithI have a blog about goals if you would be interested in checking it out. Leave a comment on my entry and I will leave the address. I don’t want to promote myself here. 2 Reply Ineke Bennink9 months agoIneke BenninkMeer het huis uitgaan en mensen bezoeken. 7 Reply Michele9 months agoMicheletranslation Going out of the house and visiting people. 2 Reply Sharon9 months agoSharonTrust and be fearless. More confidence in myself. 6 Reply Howie Geib9 months agoHowie GeibI could engage more. I am a bit of a recluse. So I resist connection for the sake of connection. This is a small adjustment on my part and could be as simple sending notes, post cards, and emails to folks. Something that does take an effort (not just liking something on FB or the like). 9 Reply Zenith9 months agoZenithCheck out Soldier’s Angels and The Letter Exchange. The first is for soldiers overseas and is for volunteering to write them letters. The other is for yourself. I am active in both. 2 Reply Trish9 months agoTrishSurrender. All of my life I’ve been taught to “take care of business”, “rise to the top”, “show the world what you’ve got.” What I now know is that when I step back, shut up & allow God to work through me everything unfolds….without me trying to control it all. Somehow God does it without my help (imagine that.) I might like to think I’m pretty smart & have the answers but in the end~I just need to surrender. 11 Reply Ask Believe Receive9 months agoAsk Believe ReceiveSuperb. That is keep faith and let it go.
