I am grateful for my independence and my optimism. I am grateful that I can look at a problem and say “I can do that” and that I look at life optimistically. I’m glad I am generally in a good mood and nice to others. Happy

People say they feel deeply listened to and feel understood, deeply grateful for the gift to be with my fellow people in this way which allows intimate and in the same time respectful encounter from my heart ; kindness; loyalty, and guessing being a good friend to my good friends; being there for others as good as possible. Grateful for this all, and beyond.

Hard to pick just one. I would say compassionate, perseverance, ethical and kind. A great question to reflect on. Happy Friday and week-end everyone!

It is difficult to choose just 1. I feel blessed to have been given lots of strengths.
Today, I will say I am most thankful for my resilience & physical strength, as they both came into play yesterday. I suffered a mishap yesterday & my physical strength saved me from it being worse. My resilience is helping me “to lick my wounds” today.
    Happy Friday to All.

To not be checked by any circumstance in my chosen path of devotion of love, which has to be unmotivated.. uninterrupted. not full 100% or maybe up to 78% opulence for the portion of will say, are beauty, knowledge, fame, renunciation, and strength.

I have to pick just one?! In that case I have to go with my general default setting of what I label pragmatic optimism. That is, I recognize things aren’t always going to turn out great; that’s the pragmatic part. I rest in the knowledge that I can keep going and deal with what comes, knowing that over time most things work out one way or another; that’s the optimism part. I would add to the list a general tendency toward kindness, a reflex to connect people to other people for their mutual benefit, and innate intelligence that has been an asset in both school and work.

Nannette, Though we have never met in person, I feel I know you enough to say that your compassion for everyone and everything is inspiring.

I am most grateful for the specific strength that I need in a particular moment. Sometimes that might be perseverance or humor, other times circumspection or silence. I’m also grateful to have a tool box of strengths, even though those strengths don’t always yield the desired results. User error, I guess. 😉

Communication – I am very good with this type of strength.

Here are examples of types of strengths from searching internet -> Leadership, Creativity, Strategy, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving, Curiosity, Communication, Ethics, Critical Thinking

Resilience and kindness are two attributes that I am grateful for. Without resilience in my life, I would not be typing on this page today much less pondering the daily question to start my day. Kindness is infectious in the human spirit. It seems that evil is also if a person looks at history and current events. This world needs more kindness and love for the many oppressed people that inhabit every continent of this world. Some areas have a higher per capita rate of oppression, but oppression is everywhere. My heart goes out to them.
