    WHAT SERVICES DID AN ANONYMOUS STRANGER PROVIDE YOU TODAY?

    Awareness; this pass weekend I met with an awesome Coach. He WAS a stranger however now he is one of the Accountability Coaches for a Non Profit Organization. [ I am honestly sharing my story NOT marketing however if I am required to take this down I will edit this portion on my response 🙂 ].
    Most of the time when I speak I do not plan what I am going to say. Sure there are main points I want to discuss however I let the conversation take off because (my being may not be aware of the messages The Creator wants me to give). I love meeting new people because they are curious and are usually interested in your story. Meeting new people and having discussions is one of my favorite things to do. I can feel our Creator using me as a tool to provide breakthroughs to self discovery for OTHERS and MYSELF.
    We do not comprehend the impact TALKING/CONVERSING has on us. It is a form of expression, DO NOT HOLD YOUR THOUGHTS OR VOICE. Our Creator gave us the parts we have SO WE CAN USE IT FOR THE BETTER AND FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
    Back to how this fellow Coach, he asked what is my intention what is my goal and I was able to express myself while experiencing someone reacting to my goal and purpose in life; THAT SHOWED ME I HAVE A GIFT, I provide courage and empowerment for a person to BE THEMSELVES. I do not like talk about myself HOWEVER I WILL KEEP TALKING IF YOU ASK ME MY PURPOSE or job.

    Since I’m not face to face with anonymous strangers at the moment I have to go with the countless thousands who help supply me with basic services such as water electricity etc. I’ll make a special mention to those who keep the public spaces looking so well: I really appreciate that in the current pandemic.

    Without the kind of aide and infrastructure the US government provides, I wouldn’t be able to have the blessings I regularly experience like clean food and water; a running car; and other everyday blessings we often take for granted. There are always people working behind the scenes to provide our blessings to us.

There were the programmers who made it possible for me to sign up online, and who programmed to keep track of everything. There was everyone in manufacturing and shipping just doing their jobs and making sure all the parts got to the right locations. There were the researchers, lab techs, refrigerator manufacturers, factory workers, even the janitors, and i have probably left people out. I thanked the pharmacist. He replied, “No, the honor is mine.”

    My thoughts and gratitude go to the long deceased grandmother who wove the wool fibers into a blanket I slept beneath last night. Faded coffee brown with a gorgeous Southwestern pattern of black and white, I bought it years ago at a hospice thrift store managed by volunteers. It’s very old, has a hole worn into it on one side and smelled like a dog’s bed at the time (and probably was). The volunteer who processed my “donation” remarked that blankets such as these were produced by what a...

    The volunteer who processed my “donation” remarked that blankets such as these were produced by what amounts to slave labor and that she could never own such a thing. By that same logic, perhaps we should rip up the nations railway system and close and dynamite all of the oldest universities, and most federal buildings (including the White House) which were built with slave labor. Why not nuke the Giza pyramids while we’re at it.

    Anyway, Grandmother, your beautiful blanket kept me warm and dry last night as it has for many nights nestled into the rocks and under the stars, and long after the hands that worked the loom are dust. I appreciate you!

    Coffee growers and processors; appliance manufacturers and shippers, sellers and delivery people; electricity, water and sewer providers; gas and gasoline providers; internet and computer workers of all kinds; phone services; the days are full of people making sure I live a life of comfort and ease. I pray they are making a decent living from the services they provide – I will work; shop and vote to see that they do.

    Like others have written, all the unknown (to me) people who picked my coffee beans and facilitated the processes that meant I have a nice cup of coffee this morning, the lights and warmth in my house, this computer to be connected out beyond my walls – what I’m wearing, the bed I slept in…. so much depends on the efforts and work of others. And may what I say and do today provide something to someone else to lift their day.

    Safe water, electricity, gas, a car to get my carer to me, the phone and everything that makes that work. Everything around me that makes my life comfortable has been made by people I will never know personally, but we are all of that same Oneness working together through this life experience.

    As the day started with an urgent telephone call, I was very happy to have had this service available, someone or a group of unknown fellow people constructed the phone, provided the line and the energy to make it work. I feel just this so well established technical device is of huge support for all of us. Or as for lunch today, I went to the bakery which offers a salad, a carefully prepared mix of delicious vegetables, tomatoes, asparagus, carrots, grated radishes, salad made of corn and salad ...

There was a queue of people waiting for to take the opportunity to buy something for lunch. I don´t know the ones who prepare it in the back of this bakery, but I am very grateful to have the opportunity to go and just buy it, may be find some more space to relax in the sun during the break and then go on refreshed in my daily work.
