Human-centricity, in a nutshell, individually expressed in self-possession usually, is a cornerstone of why we’ve all collectively committed suicide; all conspiring to extinct our own species and exterminate almost all life on The Earth. Just like ‘using’ is a delusional construct, so too is ‘matter’ and ‘what matters to an individual. One can’t clutch energy, so, supposedly it’s not matter; doesn’t matter as much- you know like sunshine, etc.? Yet, in reality there is no matter, there’s only energy. I’d have to consider my life a figment of my imagination if I only cared about what mattered to me. That being said, almost everything matters; everything real that is. That’s why I’ve been an activist/advocate on all issues for all life for my latest going on a half-century. Thanx for all you All do; have a great eve’ ? reality Read More2 Reply GCharlotte11 months agoGCharlotteLiving life according to God really matters to me. I realize I’ve been given many gifts. I hope to give meaningful and good gifts to others before I die. 7 Reply Jerrie11 months agoJerrieOhana… family… not only ties by blood but by unconditional love, empathy, community outside of our physical selves. Honoring my humanness and trying my best, day by day, to accept and love myself for who I am at any given moment, yet always striving for progress by the guidance of and reliance on the God of my understanding. Because we are connected as humans, the connection to others then becomes another piece of living the human existence. Honoring my humanness and trying my best, day by day, to accept and love myself for who I am at any given moment, yet always striving for progress by the guidance of and reliance on the God of my understanding. Because we are connected as humans, the connection to others then becomes another piece of living the human existence. What matters in connection to others? This is where so much opportunity to grow and learn can happen, if I am open and again reliant on God. This is where I get to experience joy, pain, acceptance, love, patience, tolerance, gratitude, forgiveness and boundaries, just to name a few. Other people are my mirror, what I may see or judge in them also exists in myself, if I can be open and not in a state of operating from my ego.. Striving for humility in relation to myself and others, with utter reliance on God.. one day at a time. This is what really matters to me and I will be working on this until the very last day I take my last breathe on this earth.
