Is that a journal you created or one you bought call Five Minute Journal?

Thank you pkr. I will look for it. 💓
isn’t it a unique moment right now ?
What gifts have I received today and what gifts was I allowed to share?
What questions reliably awaken a grateful perspective for me?
I don’t know that for me it’s always a question but sometimes it’s sayings that remind me to be grateful.
My son often says “Every day’s a good day, Mama.”
I remind myself that “What is IS”
As my mentor taught me, “There is a part of you that has never been afraid. You can always call it forth.”
I remember that “How is Now” and the strength I need is always available in the present moment
I leave you with a poem I wrote several years ago:
As a journalist
I was taught
All the questions:
WHO?
WHAT?
WHEN?
WHERE and WHY?
My gut tells me
I am WHO
WHAT is “What Is”
WHEN is NOW
WHERE is NOW HERE
And WHY
is a waste of my energy
For Belief
is always a story –
But it’s hell
to be out there
With No thing
No story
to cling to
So BE here NOT there
Near not far
Give up finding the Way
God is in the HOW
that must be lived NOW
For this day is a gift
A precious presence.

I echo Michele’s comment that the Daily question and this site in the morning helps to keep me grateful and grounded another day.
What is in my heart today?
