I tend to focus on the bits that are sub-optimal but this morning I wandered through the more obvious body parts appreciating everywhere I went and what it would be like not to have them. 1 Reply Kevin1 year agoKevinAll the parts that work! 2 Reply Ose1 year agoOseAll of it 2 Reply 1 year agoEvery part of our body is interconnected with the others, so that when a small part, like a hormone, is unbalanced, the whole body suffers. So, I treasure all my parts and if one of them is sick or lost (as in the case of my fragile hearing), I try to trust and be grateful for what science, technology, art and human wisdom have developed over the centuries, all over the world. 2 Reply Evie1 year agoEvieI’m most grateful for my intuition because it guides me to do what is right and to live a life that is full of love and thanks. 3 Reply Elizabeth M Jones1 year agoElizabeth M JonesMy back. It’s the higher cerebral cortex, in fact, that can block this part of the brain by making us get too “stuck in our heads,” but this part of the brain’s ability to reason and be creative is also extremely amazing, even if we overuse it sometimes, to the detriment of the brain stem that connects us to the reality behind conventional reality. That part of my body that gives life, feels joy, and can also break all at the same time. As long it is needed my heart will be there for me and part of me. 4 Reply Elaine1 year agoElaineEach and every interconnected, interwoven, wondrously creative, efficient, life enhancing part. 3 Reply Angel1 year agoAngelI treasure my entire body.
