Instead I am going to try and renew having some inactive time. Lately I have been DOING more than is good for me. I need to spend some time BEING. 10 Reply Mica11 months agoMicaInactive time – that sounds like a worthy answer to today’s question, Butterfly – hugs 1 Reply Chester11 months agoChesterSurely an opportunity will present itself – now I will be well primed to receive. 7 Reply Michele11 months agoMicheleI am going to attempt to go back to work since being out sick. I work with great people and have the best manager. 3 Reply Antoinette11 months agoAntoinetteHi Michele, I don’t know if it’s ok to ask, but have you had anxiety for a long time? My sitter told me that Zoloft was really helping her and it helped me too. Also mindfulness meditation has really been a useful tool for me. It’s not a fast pill but it’s very useful. Good luck going back to work. Sending you compassion and loving kindness. 5 Reply Michele11 months agoMicheleI’m an advocate for medical marijuana. My anxiety is mostly because I had been out of work for 2 wks now. I am now returning on Monday. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. hugs. 0 Reply Mica11 months agoMicaMe, too, Antoinette – Zoloft. I started SSRI’s in the ’90’s. I am grateful for, and content with, the activity, projects and manageable levels of commotion that I helped to create already! 7 Reply Lioness11 months agoLionessI am practising gratefulness from a new book and today I will complete the task set for me. 4 Reply Fiona11 months agoFionaJust to be still and allow God’s peace to fill me and transform my fears into gentleness and kindness to myself and those around me today. 2 Reply « Previous 1 2 My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
