Why is it so difficult for ME to smile at others the way they do? Dunno. I’ve had the poker face so long, I don’t “know” another way to be. It feels false when I do smile. This has been bothering me for years. 0 Reply Misty1 year agoMistyAcknowledge and thank people for their efforts and help. A small note and chocolate can mean a lot when it is not expected. 1 Reply Serafina1 year agoSerafina☺ 3 Reply Serafina1 year agoSerafinaThank you for bringing the ‘El Paso Challenge’ to our attention Jodi! Each person is filled with beauty and goodness but so often we have a hard time seeing that in ourselves. I want to help others see their own beauty and goodness by telling them the ways that I see those qualities in them. 2 Reply Kat1 year agoKatGive them my time, attention, and humor. 3 Reply Rena Barker1 year agoRena BarkerBe real and authentic. A lady smiled at me and it meant so much, she was like an Angel. This was 14 years ago and I remember it so clearly. I will think of this and smile at everyone I see today. I love this Thich Nhat Hahn quote, “Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful”. ?? 6 Reply Serafina1 year agoSerafina☺ 3 Reply Anita1 year agoAnitaSmiling to you Serafina 🙂 1 Reply Sheila1 year agoSheilaThank-you, Serafina! ? to you and all the Gratefulness Team! 1 Reply Samuel1 year agoSamuelSheila, Smiles are indeed contagious.
