What makes me hopeful?

    Just like an infant, I put one foot in front of the other, I get where I wanted to go, I plan and have food, water, I walk in nature’s balance, giving back to her abundance, nature cares; love is real- the Cosmos and we are one 🙂 reality

    My being a Catholic at this time makes me hopeful. Yet it seems so bleak “hope” but I daily hope in my Lord and recognize that HE is with me always so through HIM all is coming through!

    The fact that I have gone through some very hard times in the past but have always endured and got through the struggle. The fact that I have overcome some difficulties before has given me the resilience to recognize that, when things aren’t going well, the present difficulty does not define me or my future. I am able to see the larger picture and recognize that every struggle is temporary and is leading me to somewhere greater.

    That so many people are working hard on containing the virus. They don’t get the press that the rabble rousers do, but they are on the job every day, doing their best for humankind. I am deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses, scientists and leaders who are stepping up to meet and solve the biggest challenge of our lifetimes.

    The idea many people express, the thought that things will never be he same, makes me hopeful. Hopeful because they express it not in a fearful way, but with, at least, a slim ray of hope. This from some of my most conservative friends .
