Layla4 months agoLaylaThis moment is offering me to immerse myself in others’ gratitude moments and share my own. We may not know each other. We may never meet, but we are all connected still and I’m grateful to be here. 0 Reply Nina4 months agoNinaThis moment is offering me time to reflect on my day. 0 Reply Sandra4 months agoSandraIt is early evening here and this question was posed yesterday. This moment is firstly offering me a reminder that the present is what matters. This moment is reminding me of the strength and insight I draw from time spent with this community. This moment is reminding me of the benefits of a spiritual practice. This moment is offering love, acceptance, peace and gratitude. 3 Reply Blossom4 months agoBlossomAhhh Sandra, nice to see you again. 3 Reply Glen Harelson4 months agoGlen HarelsonThis moment is offering air to breath. After all, thinking about stories past and future that most often never happen, we are left with the present moment of breathing and…”if we’re breathing there is more right with us than wrong with us”. JK-Z. No matter if it’s mental or physical pain, if not breathing nothing else matters. May I live this today🙏🏼 3 Reply Kathy4 months agoKathyThis moment is offering me time to reflect on everything that I am grateful for today. 4 Reply Ose4 months agoOseBelonging, deep gratitude, and solace. 5 Reply Brown Rose4 months agoBrown RoseA time to answer this question. 3 Reply Patricia M. But some Kind of I remains through all the moments. Isnˋt it. Some Kind of Peace, contentment and love. I think this is what connects us all, because it is the nature of all of us. . . 5 Reply Barb C4 months agoBarb CThis moment is offering me a quiet house, a cup of coffee, rain on the roof, gratitude for a warm dry house and comfort, and time in which to read poetry, which is how I start my days along with reflecting on these questions. A site called A Year of Being Here is part of my morning routine. Curator Phyllis Cole-Dai posted a mindfulness poem every day for three years and on each day I read the three poems for that date.
