I had to catch my breath and remind myself that my purpose, especially in lockdown, can be as simple as remaining calm, kind, and a loving force for good starting with myself. I can be love and gratitude toward everyone and thing that comes into my day❣❣❣and that’s more than good enough! 8 Reply Marilyn1 year agoMarilynTo change my way of thinking from negative to positive and understand that we cannot control the future, we can only live gratefully and mindfully in the present. 7 Reply Don Jones1 year agoDon JonesKelpie care – up at 4 am for our morning mediation and sadhana. Then off on the 5 kilometre walk to sniff and pee on anything interesting. Breakfast and morning games. Chill out most of the day – maybe a bit of barking at birds or strangers. Dinner time then supervise the eating of Don’s dinner. Evening sadhana, then settle down for evening cuddles before bed. 5 Reply Claudia1 year agoClaudiaTo be of service to both the adults and children with whom I work.
