Tonight I am grateful for getting a txt from my daughter. There has been no communication since Jan 30. Thru the “invitation to Change” class I have learned just to meet her where she is at and tell her I am happy to hear from her and that I love her. That was the right next action.

Reading and letting in the read wisdom; find back to playing music and singing also and to be here with you all. Have a joyful evening you all. Thank you for all your inspiration.

To read today’s spiritual passage, meditate & pray. This practice sets me right for the day.

Breakfast and groceries. So much of life and love is about food. Always a chance to spread some joy at the grocery store.

To do my physical therapy every day, even when I don’t think I have time. It is always a struggle, and for some reason, I think I don’t have time when it is really that I don’t build it into my day. This needs to change.

I agree PT is a struggle when you have it as a daily chore!

Finding time for PT is a struggle. I really hope you can find the time.

To attend to whatever is in front of me, be it a person or a task.

Brilliant. As someone who has a lot – really a lot – of years on the planet, I can tell you that this is the answer to success, happiness and a good life. Maybe what is in front of us is what we wanted or asked for, maybe not. But that is what there is to do.

Thank you. Too often I get pulled in other directions. I’ve been making an effort lately to remind myself that nothing matters more than what is right in front of me.

Starting our volunteer work today…starting at 7 AM…and then home at 7 PM…and then return at 9 PM to lock up for the night…before starting “Call”. If any of the residents have an emergency or problem during the night…they call us…so after years of being “on call” as an OR nurse and Nurse Practitioner…I am always tense being on call…but we are here doing this work for only 12 days…so I will manage. The next right thing is for me to go about my day with a smile and gratitude…being happy that I can help….and I am not on the other side of needing help at this time in my daily life and my way of living. Blessings to all here…Thank you as always for adding goodness to my day.

Be strong and kind. I am taking my husband for an epidural shot later this morning, which he has to get a valium beforehand since it’s in his neck and he has a lot of anxiety over this despite having done it before. It’s scary to me, but I need to be a good support for him, and I will!
