I am an empath and have noticed many energy transferring when I am with others & it drains my body since I have my energy and other’s energy in my body. SO picturing this glass board between myself and others will allow me to recognize their energies however not allow it to pass over into mine. Individuals who have anxiety & stuff (empaths especially) should try it. 0 Reply Kristine1 month agoKristineI definitely feel like I’m in a rut. There are many things that give me joy, being outside in nature, reading a good book, talking with people but I still find myself spending too much time with screens. and unproductive, unenjoyable activities. I would like to begin doing something creative. Maybe a small sketch or Haiku poem. Will I follow through???? 0 Reply Robyn Karima Grant1 month agoRobyn Karima GrantI recreated my office 2 Reply Malag1 month agoMalagI’ve been exploring taking different routes for a walk in the lockdown. I’d been doing the same routes. So I’m now taking different routes or even going in the opposite direction on one of my normal routes. Gives a different view. 4 Reply Heather1 month agoHeatherI need to put forth a better effort in mindful eating when it’s so easy to mindlessly snack. 4 Reply lunaperra701 month agolunaperra70I could and did try working out on my own without excuses. It was awesome. 3 Reply Kristi1 month agoKristiI could work towards truly accepting my son as he is rather than wishing things were sometimes different for him. 8 Reply Dusty Su1 month agoDusty SuGood question. Not to eat the last half of the bag of luscious black licorice in my cupboard that I launched into last night. Just because it’s open, does not mean I have to finish it. I will practice self-restraint. Pfft, who am I kidding? Death by licorice awaits, (FDA warning for real about eating large amounts of the stuff), and I am okay with those high stakes. 6 Reply Holly in Ohio1 month agoHolly in Ohiogiggle! 3 Reply Dusty Su1 month agoDusty SuHours later I have still resisted, but my resolve is weakening. Recently, I was reminded that this was something initiates into the Egyptian Mystery Schools do today, and I would like to try it to see for myself if the Law of Attraction really works. I’ve done visualization before but never in a completely meditative state. 4 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaSmiling even if I don’t feel happy. A blog today said that was one of the 3 healthy things to do every day, along with eating greens like spinach [I already have a daily spinach salad], and some exercise stuff.. Happy weekend – 🎒💕 4 Reply Lauryn1 month agoLaurynKeeping a positive mindset all day. 5 Reply Elaine1 month agoElaineAs it happens, my husband and I are meeting today on zoom with our recently elected MLA (member of Legislative Assembly) for the first time. We will be advocating for greatly enhanced protection of our old growth forests. 5 Reply Carol1 month agoCarolSomething new to try today..hmmm…instead of asking others to see my viewpoint, to see theirs. 7 Reply Craig K1 month agoCraig KI am open to suggestions 6 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaYou can check out mine, Craig K – 2 Reply Journey1 month agoJourneyI've had a bunch of auto immune conditions in the past year and very very recently made changes to my diet, cutting wheat, dairy, processed sugar and coffee. I also just bought a box of crayons and a coloring book in an attempt to destress. As well I’ve started daily breathing exercises. I hope to find other new things to do. Many of my friends tell me to write, but I’m unsure what to write about. Maybe that’s one new thing I can try. I also want to try online yoga classes instead of doing my own stretching. I miss the class atmosphere and practicing with others in a room. But if the direction is right it’s so powerful I think. 2 Reply Cathie1 month agoCathieTalk less; listen more. 5 Reply Carol1 month agoCarolDo I challenge or accept what appears to be a new limitation? Rather confused about it right now. 4 Reply Holly in Ohio1 month agoHolly in OhioThat’s a good question. Is it something you could test? Could you try challenging it for two weeks and then reassess? And see how you feel? 2 Reply Carol1 month agoCarolHolly, My attempt to challenge this morning did not go very well but I will continue to try. In Toltec Wisdom, we are told: “Don’t try just do it.” But honestly, in this case, it is not that simple as there are health considerations. Please know I appreciate you very much. 3 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaHow well does ‘accept’ work, Carol? Not an easy situation! 💕😜😁 2 Reply Holly in Ohio1 month agoHolly in OhioI appreciate the two of you very much, too, and learn much from things you share. 2 Reply Chester1 month agoChesterI'm in a job where I get many emails through the day - most often connected with a question or task.
