Life is continuing and we were blessed by his birth during this time. Praise JAH! 0 Reply ridita1 month agoriditaEvery moment is precious if you really know how to enjoy it. I was watching my parents were laughing together with their sweet chitchats. You don’t need too many elements if you know how can you stay happy with whomever you are with or whatever you have. 1 Reply KC1 month agoKCFour trumpeter swans flying in formation close by, overhead, honking away … 4 Reply Mallibi Monasterio1 month agoMallibi MonasterioMy travel to Big Bend. Watching the sun rise, walking on the beach and feeling the energy that the ocean and landscape offer, sitting in my yard, staring at the stars, and, most recently, looking at my soon to be husband and feeling so in love, so appreciated, so grateful. This is such an incredible life, with silver linings everywhere, miracles happening every day, and a new breath every other second or so. It’s all so magical and perfect! She did it often… rather a distraction, really, but so funny! Alpha waves her catnip? 1 Reply Malag1 month agoMalagAw. Grace is a blessed thing/state. “He who learns must suffer. And even in our sleep pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God.” — Aeschylus. 6 Reply Don Jones1 month agoDon JonesIt is always day break – which is really a misnomer when you think about it. It is actually night break – the breaking of the night by the emergence of the fresh new day. 5 Reply Naureen1 month agoNaureenMy niece little girl spreading happiness and filling space with her laughter….. 4 Reply Melissa1 month agoMelissaThe rain, it finally came last week. It changed the landscape here. Washed all the oak leaves, small poppy seeds rising out of the wet dark earth. Birds hopping to catch earth worms. Rain water is like a awe inspiring miracle to me. I watched it gratefully falling down from the sky onto our parched landscape all nature came alive. 4 Reply Anna1 month agoAnnaThe care my neighbors had for my father when he was dying. I felt their warm embrace indirectly addressed to me too. The love of my cousins, during the same sad circumstance. Today, the fresh snow whitening the mountains near where I live and the relief of my body after a visit to an osteopathic doctor. 4 Reply MelaD1 month agoMelaDA few days ago, walking around a lake snuggled in fog, I stood in wonder as birds went about their morning, chattering on about this and that. Watched squirrels rediscover some plump acorn snack, romping about, whizzing up and down tall trees and skittering across the forest floor. Reminds me how being present in the moment changes my perspective as well as opens my eyes and heart anew to the necessity of play in my life. 7 Reply Lauryn1 month agoLaurynNature- specifically hiking in the redwoods. They are in their late eighties but they know that I live alone and they check on me regularly. Their kindness is life-giving. 9 Reply Mike S1 month agoMike SSome months back I stepped out my front door to go for my walk which I usually do every day. I looked up at a blue sky with just a few clouds, and for some reason at that moment I felt an unusual delight in the view and a spaciousness opening in my mind and in my heart.I became so happy in that moment. 6 Reply Butterfly1 month agoButterflyA couple of days ago I was practising my usual breathing meditation and I went deeper, or further out, than I have ever been before. I was in an amazing space full of love and oneness. It was awesome. 6 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
