I am grateful I learned to believe in speaking less and listening more, however learning it and being able to live it…well there is the challenge for 2024!

With my Faith and living grateful I can endure many challenges and I have. lt is also ok to take a pause and focus on myself. Find my own joy in life and not allow life’s challenges to paralyze me. Happy New Year’s long week-end All!

Watching or listening to mainstream “news” is a waste of time and like ingesting poison. But reading ancient wisdom literature induces a blossoming.

Yes, why does so much of the news have to be negative? There is also so much good happening in the world.

Having had serious health issues (which I am sure everyone is tired of hearing), I learned how kind and caring people can be. I also discovered how resilient I can be. Regrettably, I also learned which of my so-called friends are not there for me, but we can’t dwell on that.
I wish all of my friends here a blessed New Year. Of all of the things I am grateful for, our sharing is right up there. What I love most about y’all is that you are honest and straight-up. I get very tired of the “everything’s fine” and “I’ve got it all figured out/handled: crowd.

It took a long way and almost too much patience of friends and dear ones concerned. To be with an open heart and being wholeheartedly with the dear ones who might need my support, doing my best to to setting back own possible fears and needs in order to follow love not fear. Thank you dearly for your patience, support and your being here with me, you all. Blessings to all.

I’m grateful that I learned how hard it is to run a business. It has helped me grow in many ways and has grown my respect for others who own their own businesses.

Less is more. Less goal setting, less achievement orientation, less self-criticism. All that our American culture prizes does nothing to sustain, feed or nurture me as a human being. I’m trying to opt out of all that as much as I can.

Thank you Laura! I hear you! As I get older I have started the process of opting out as much as I can. Less is more for sure.

I am grateful to have learned that jobs come and go, people come and go, our health comes and goes, but our relationship with ourselves is constant and that I first need to have the best relationship with myself.

I am grateful to have learned that I am on a path to better self care.
I am grateful to have learned to trust myself more.
I am grateful to have learned to be an advocate for myself and my husband.
I am grateful to have learned there is so much more to learn.

Like a meditation, I come back to the same
things over and over again. The same truths.
Truths that I have always known but
    somehow drift away from.
I guess one thing that I am learning,
is what the phrase “trust life” means.
Its now apparent that I haven’t had faith
that things would work out. Even with
evidence all around me that says the
opposite. Things have worked out for me.
More than worked out. I’m not one
hundred percent there yet, but I have
    moved the needle.

I am grateful to know deep down that where I am & how I am are exactly what they’re meant to be at this stage in my life.

I am grateful to have learned that remote working is very nice. I’m glad my Company is offering this type of work.
    Have a good weekend everyone:)

I am grateful to have learned to make the best of things as I continue to recover from a nasty fall. And spending so much recovery time indoors, I am grateful to have explored from the room with the view the activity and delight brought by our woodland creatures … the familiar and the surprise visitors.
