My first trip to Ireland! I felt like I was in heaven. Was just so beautiful. Loved every minute of that trip! We stayed on the Dingle peninsula and it was breath taking. I did see a rainbow too!

When I was 20 years old it was the bicentennial celebration 200 year of Independence July 4th 1976 I was living with my grandparents right outside steps of the Philadelphia museum of art everyone was just dancing and having a good time even though everyone was strangers and some diverse backgrounds still we were there to enjoy the celebrations.
There is The Mamas & the papas playing all the leaves are brown and the sky is gray suddenly fireworks started to shoot off and I guess I’m one of those funny brained people that are so sensitive I was always told I was a shy boy but I started to have a psychotic episode which had inspired me to join a commune called the farm in Tennessee lead by by Stephen, but instead I joined an ashram in Philadelphia and because of that higher the State of heightened consciousness overwhelming me had subsided.
It was a blessing in disguise
though everyone sees death all around themselves, as the dance of death. What’s the most remarkable thing in the world, is everyone’s thinking that’ll not happen to me.

I don’t think I can choose just one. Many events, loved ones, come to mind. I have happy memories & sad painful ones. That’s life I guess the ying & the yang. How I process these memories & carry them thru life is the challenge.
    Happy Friday Blessings All….✨🙏🏻🌟❤️

    Hopefully, I will never forget
the moment that I stopped resisting and
made the decision to give life another
try. I still don’t know what snapped in me,
but I am grateful. Thank you for the
    opportunity to reflect on this.

The births of each of my daughters. I wasn’t especially young when they were born. They have brought me great joy through the years, and much support when needed through some difficult situations. They have my heart.

The first ones that came to mind are moments watching my daughters perform. Both have beautiful singing voices. The memories are in very different settings:
    – My older daughter at an elementary school talent show (not a contest) singing “Someone to Watch Over Me” a cappella after lots of lip-syncing performers and the whole gymnasium absolutely hushed at this pure, beautiful voice. I sat there crying because she was so, so good.
    – My younger daughter on stage in her high school’s production of “Legally Blonde”. She played Elle and I had agreed that she could bleach her very long brown hair for the part so she wouldn’t have to deal with a wig. She’d been taking singing lessons and I knew she had a beautiful voice, but hearing her on stage singing the first number (which is actually an upbeat song) made me burst into tears.
I’m fortunate to have such wonderful daughters. Thank you for reminding me to revisit these specific memories.

hmm my Guru offered many most significantly to learn that we are at our essence the energy of pure love, A coworker, a professor, an employer, a surgeon, a disability councilor, a board member ,a few friends, all who were exceptionally compassionate and so very kind.

There are so many it is hard to pick one. The ones that encourage me to grow and give. A very dear friend of mine died a few years back. She said I gave her comfort. The memory of that moment gives me a sense of mystery that we never know how/what my presence brings to others. So stay on my toes!

There are several, I will share being with my mom for three months in a live-in hospice, being her companion on her intimate journey to Beyond. It takes more love to let go than to hold on. She taught me this twice.

My wedding day almost 19 years ago. I was so full of love and joy for the man I was marrying. I am very grateful for that day and that memory.

Like most of you, I have too many memories to condense. But, if I’m am to choose one, it’s the memory of my wedding day, almost 3 years ago. It was just us, alone with the minister and our four children. The pandemic was in full swing, and despite the craziness of the world we had this beautiful intimate moment.

Too many to pick just one, but the first memory that came to mind when I read the question was saying goodbye to my mom for the last time.
