It is an invigoration of my very life energy and has little to do with what happens in the material world. 4 Reply Helen3 months agoHelenI cannot predict tomorrow so focus on today and fear not what may come 4 Reply Javier Visionquest3 months agoJavier VisionquestDiabetes is like suddenly having to learn to walk a tight rope. 5 Reply Holly in Ohio3 months agoHolly in OhioAw, I’m sorry to hear that. I have a friend recently diagnosed with diabetes and also an old friend who has had it for decades. The beginning can be very frustrating, but it will get better as you learn about yourself; and your doctor can help you figure out how to stabilize. Hang in there. It’s like learning a new skill. The rope will eventually feel like a road! 3 Reply Javier Visionquest3 months agoJavier VisionquestThanks for the encouragement, Holly! 2 Reply Patricia3 months agoPatriciaTo not lose heart; to keep the faith; to trust; to not waste precious time on worry. No matter how long and dark the night may be, morning WILL come. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 6 Reply Lauryn3 months agoLaurynUnderstand that you can’t be good at everything and know your limits. I excel at parts of my job, but I’m hopelessly terrible when it comes to time management. I’ve tried and failed many times to change this and am frustrated and disappointed in myself. 4 Reply Linda3 months agoLindaStay active. It is easy to stay in and not do my walks when the weather is cold and rainy. But I need to keep moving, so I commit to that today wherever I can do it. 6 Reply Holly in Ohio3 months agoHolly in OhioMe too, Linda. Glad you mentioned this… because of it, I will go once around the block right now. It’s not much, but it’s something! Thank you. 2 Reply pkr3 months agopkrHonor myself. Practice self care. I will do my best today to let Life dance me gracefully and not fearfully. 6 Reply KC3 months agoKCCarol, Sending Prayers and love to you and your daughter – that she will quickly return to good health with relative ease, and that you both feel safely held in a dance of love … Warmly, KC 3 Reply Carol3 months agoCarolKC, Thanks. The image of “safety in a dance of love” sounds like fuel for a poem! 2 Reply Michele3 months agoMicheleNow this is reminding me of Men Without Hats song Safety Dance:) 1 Reply Holly in Ohio3 months agoHolly in OhioMy lesson today is to take one more step. The journey is often very long, and sometimes it may seem we do not have the strength, wisdom, or time to complete it. Taking one more step is an act of faith. You could say we are on many paths, many journeys at the same time. I'm on a journey to lower my carbon footprint. I'm on a journey to be more kind and helpful to my family and really anyone around me. I'm on a journey to fulfil my own happiness and give love to myself. All I know is that I have been upheld time it again. 5 Reply Papilio3 months agoPapilioI could not get out of bed until almost 8 am. I had a restless night perhaps because I had a cup of decaf coffee around 9 pm, or perhaps because I tried to push myself hard to finish one more thing last night. Either way I will be kind to myself and let the chips fall where they may. 5 Reply Mica3 months agoMicaInsomnia has increased greatly this year, according to my news magazine, The Week. It has certainly increased for me. Warm wishes to you, Papilio – 3 Reply Papilio3 months agoPapilioThank you, Mica. 🙏🏻 3 Reply Mica3 months agoMicaYou’re welcome ✌️ 2 Reply Jackie3 months agoJackieAppreciate that people communicate differently, and try not to judge certain communication styles as “wrong” just because i find it challenging. Not everyone has taken communication skills training. Not every bird sounds the same. Appreciate the amazing gift of communication in all its forms. 9 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
