The bad experiences are lessons for us. Life is fleeting, short lived so we should try to make the best of it, embrace and experience as much of it as possible. Kinda of like if life were radio waves. Moving constantly around, invisible, bouncing off of everything and everyone, and I am a radio receiver able to capture it, and turn it into perceptible audio (music or words)....the radio works or doesn’t. The radio waves are there anyways. I was waiting at a traffic signal the other day, a HUGE intersection with six lanes each way crossing...I experience it as an infused energy, moving through me, facilitated by this physical manifestation (my body). Kinda of like if life were radio waves. Moving constantly around, invisible, bouncing off of everything and everyone, and I am a radio receiver able to capture it, and turn it into perceptible audio (music or words)….the radio works or doesn’t. The radio waves are there anyways. I was waiting at a traffic signal the other day, a HUGE intersection with six lanes each way crossing and multiple turn lanes, and I was stunned by a tuft of grass that was growing in a crack in the pavement in the middle of the lane next to me. Life is persistent. It never stops trying to grow in whatever way it can…it’s marvelous in that way. And in some respects I am relieved because despite all our stupidity and arrogance as a species. The damage we do will be overcome. Life will work it out.
