What is it you plan to do with this one precious day?

    Relax, recover, walking in nature later on, approaching beautiful autumn nature, the world around and the people I encounter with attention and loving kindness. In the evening, I will have the pleasure to share dinner and precious moments together with some dear friends. Wishing a beautiful Sunday to all who share and who visit here.

        May be it would be a good idea? Here, fog is clearing right now and the sun appears for the very first moment at this day. It makes me bow to the beauty in stillness, a breath, a joyful moment, being grateful. I will get dressed and go out now, sending sun rays to you and all.

    Well, I have to open today, so I'll be at work soon and for 8 hours. I'll do my regular things, but add in some extra kindness throughout the day, whether I can offer help to someone on my team or another, or just hold a door open for someone. Then it'll be some sort of exercise and football on tv since my man's team is playing this afternoon (Go Steelers!). A nice dinner, good conversation, gratitude for a day well spent. I'm sure I'll gaze at the sky a few times. Play with our dog and cat. Jus...

    We have the arrival of Eta this afternoon, so I will spend the morning working as usual, and then as the weather deteriorates, come home and batten down the hatches to ride it out. All done with an eye for the good I might do along the way.

      I know you’ll get more of the brunt of Eta living in the Miami area – I’m over in Tampa so I’ll be paying close attn to it as it approaches towards the end of the week. The east side of the hurricane is the bad side. Stay safe:)
