Feel so trapped and powerless I let bad habits drag me down too far. I guess I might die often feel like it. And then there’s tea, breakfast, petting the dog. 4 Reply Mike8 months agoMikeAs I bicycle along the riverfront promenade to work each morning, I like seeing the various dogs walking on their leashes with their keepers. 4 Reply Dusty Su8 months agoDusty SuMorning coffee and reflection time when I pick up the love I sent myself the night before. My afternoon/early evening walks. Reading a wonderful book before sleep. And all the offerings of love, laughter, life-affirming deeds around those events. 3 Reply Don Jones8 months agoDon JonesThe sunrise. The uniqueness of the grand entry every day. Its freshness, the anticipation and possibility of the new day. Its Grace and wonder. Even at my core, to become the sun itself as I disappear myself in its glorious presence. The mother hen of its lovely solar system. It is such a joy. 3 Reply Holly in Ohio8 months agoHolly in OhioAnd you as well, Ose! 4 Reply Mica8 months agoMicaLots of them. Making coffee in my French press, unless I’m too lazy and have instant coffee; petting Brownie, my guinea pig [‘Touch’, I call it so she’ll know what to expect], hanging out on my laptop – here, for example; seeing my balcony, its plants, and the sky, as I sit here; going out on my balcony and checking on the progress of the few tiny shabby roses, and the other plants; sitting on the park bench on my balcony and enjoying the plants and noticing ways to tend them better… 5 Reply pkr8 months agopkrMy morning Practice, coffee & toast, prayer & reflection, meditation, time spent here, yoga….my daily walks, grounding with the Redwoods. Also, though my partner comes home late, we watch a little TV together before I go to bed. Even if it’s for a short while, it’s still our time together. 4 Reply Ed Schulte8 months agoEd SchulteMy "everyday" every morning stimulation exercises ....becoming as alive and aware as I was originally intended to be ....... part of those exercises or...."Now, use the imprinting ether [ a quality of the psychical body ] to visualise and see a rosy sun radiating from your heart centre. Through the kinetic ether, feel and see the radiation of the rosy sun, beaming out of your chest. Silence all emotions and desires and feel love in your heart, not the egoistic human love, but unconditional love, the Love of Christ-Logos.
