I am paying more attention to what is happening in that moment and other things like stressing or worrying are not on my mind.

I am not sure. You know, some days I just stub my toe on words in the question. Is there such a thing as “fully” present? Is it an absolute? Meaning, we are either present or not? How can I even tell if I am present or not? I think I best sit with this question a bit longer, as there are too many dogs barking right now.

I guess I would have to say it depends on that moment & the current situation.
Usually tho, when I remind myself to be present in the moment, I feel peace & calm. I try to focus on my breath.

Feelings come and go like clouds in the sky. They arrive, stay for sometime and pass.

I can find more joy in every action and in the simple things. This is something that I need to focus on as I often start thinking of the past or future which neither of those makes sense when you are PRESENT!

Well, gosh, ALL of them! It depends on the moment I’m present in.

When I am fully present…feelings of gratitude overwhelm me. I am VERY blessed at this time in my life. I need to always be aware of that. Life is so much better when gracious and with feelings of gratitude.

When I can be present for a moment,
feelings of calm, safety, connection, and
    Gratitude, become available.

When I am fully present, I am more aware of the natural peace that’s inside of me. It feels good to be with that peace, and I am grateful.

The same feelings that arise when I am fully present are the same that arise in any similar situation. I am more attuned to those feelings when fully present and better able to recognize them instead of reacting to them.

I have missed friend Kevins reflections. I hope he is just taking another hiatus from writing not something more debilitating.

I am with you, Joseph! Missing Kevin and prayers that he is as you and others have said…taking a hiatus. He is very much missed.

My thoughts are with Kevin, also.
I’m hoping this is just a break from
being such a long time contributor
      here.

It would actually depend on the present moment.
