I've been on edge for the past week as this day has drawn closer, and now here we are. So I will work for a little while later this morning and make sure my team is good, then I will hide myself in the conference room for some final studying before the big test at 1pm. I have learned so much, so I have lots I can share with my team and our customers. I'm grateful for this opportunity, and grateful this day is finally here. Onwa...Fear. I too am a Wisconsin cheesehead but now live south of the border. All will be well & you’ll have all our positive vibes. You’ll be in my thoughts at 1pm. 5 Reply Patricia1 year agoPatriciaAnd I’m another “Cheesehead” as they call people in Wisconsin – and I join Christine in wishing you well on the exam, Sunnipatti! With two Cheeseheads in your corner (and all your studying and prep!) you’ll do GREAT! Or should I say GRATE?! 🙂 5 Reply Mary Pat1 year agoMary PatWe are with you! Do you know that Dutch people are called “Cheese heads”. This cheese head here will think of you today and send you love and light. You will be fine 💛🧀🍀 7 Reply sunnypatti1 year agosunnypattiThank you so much, Christine! I’m a cheese head at heart, too! 6 Reply Dusty Su1 year agoDusty SuVery little to nothing! It’s a good day to get this question, ha! 7 Reply Kevin1 year agoKevinI sense a judgement in today’s question. By my read it assumes that we, the reader, are not grateful. However, I am grateful for my ability to move beyond a literal interpretation! 8 Reply EJP1 year agoEJPToday I need to expect less and enjoy every moment. 6 Reply Michele1 year agoMicheleI do not need to shift anything, I feel grateful everyday. 7 Reply Howie Geib1 year agoHowie GeibI have not been mindful these last few days. So that is not helpful. Stress management tools have not been used either, and the toll is evident in my attitude, alas. I know what to do and simply need the will to take the steps. Gratitude as a posture brings the willingness. Thanks for the reminder. 11 Reply Antoinette1 year agoAntoinetteAn attitude of gratitude for this precious human life is an opportunity to open up and let go. As far as shifting goes I would pay attention to what my mind is getting up to in the present moment and let go with gratitude. 9 Reply Christine1 year agoChristineNothing, I woke up grateful. This question gives me an odd feeling. Maybe a language problem again. 6 Reply Mica1 year agoMicaYes, Christine! The first question should be, “Do I need to shift something today, in order to feel grateful?” If the answer is “Yes,” then one could ask, “What do I need to shift today, in order to feel grateful?” 🍀 3 Reply Kevin1 year agoKevinWell, Christine, I am a native English speaker, and I felt the same as you did. I decided to have a little “fun” with the question instead. Besides, I’d say that you, Christine, could write the book on gratefulness within this community. 8 Reply Christine1 year agoChristineI don ‘t know what to say, Kevin. You make me blush 😊 But I think my grateful feeling comes from a heart that is at peace. I can accept “situations”, knowing that all comes from God. All is good. It is not easy, but it is. Besides, and your book? 🤗 6 Reply « Previous 1 2 My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
