We’ve been on a long pause thanks to Omicron. 6 Reply sunnypatti4 months agosunnypattiRight now? My mind and spirit. Sitting here practicing gratitude after my meditation feels good. I start every day like this. I’ll be nourishing my mind, spirit and body when I dive into some of my YTT studies in a bit. Then I’ll carry all this good nourishing energy to work with me and fill others’ cups where I can 🙂 7 Reply sparrow4 months agosparrow♥ 2 Reply Marnie Jackson4 months agoMarnie JacksonI can nourish my self-compassion as I go through the learning process 6 Reply EJP4 months agoEJPThis new day with its endless possibilities and opportunities. 5 Reply Howie Geib4 months agoHowie GeibThe legacy I leave behind. The story I am writing through my actions that may impact others. The decisions and choices I make, conversations I do or do not have, the generosity of spirit I bestow or withhold. The way I love. All of these can be engage with an intention, a direction, that sows particular seeds that may or may not sprout after I am gone. 5 Reply J K4 months agoJ KI can nourish myself by “TRUST”. I want to trust the process I am going through. I want to trust myself. I want to Believe in Myself and I want to be Proud of Myself. I want my soul, my mental peace and my body to be filled with patience and lots of Hope and I trust UNIVERSE is going to help me at every step. 10 Reply Kevin4 months agoKevinMy mind, body, and spirit, and “right now,” that’s taking a lifetime, which is just fine with me. 6 Reply Hermann-Josef4 months agoHermann-JosefI can nourish those thoughts, that give me positivity, that are helpful to me and others and make us happy. By looking at the sky, listening to beautiful music, listening to the birds, really tasting and smelling fruit. And it may sound weird, but when I smile at myself, it feels like nourishing my self to.😊 14 Reply Holly in Ohio4 months agoHolly in OhioI agree with Maurice – not weird.
