In the aloneness, the missing of good company, this very private time out, I can and will nourish my mind, body, and spirit in a deep way that comes from solitude and contemplation. I am humbled by how well I am being looked after and feel gratitude for what is being done, and how it is being done with so much dignity, to protect our society from the pandemic. COVID19 has impacted my focus on keeping myself toned, breathing, and stretching. I feel jammed up. I need to take care of this healthy body to keep it tuned up and whole. Thanks for reminding me of this with the daily question! Peace all around! 2 Reply Mica8 months agoMicaI’m ‘nourishing’ my body and mind with caffeine at the moment! Coffee is a gift. Which is better? To become an alchemist or a teacher?” 5 Reply Mica8 months agoMicaLovely quote, Ed! I’ve saved it. Right now, having filled my coffee pot’s water reservoir, added a fresh filter, measured out portions of aromatic black splendor and pressed that magic button, steamy hot goodness awaits. In a moment, I will wrap my hands around a mug filled with morning stimulus and beginning sipping away. That’s what I am nourishing right now! 5 Reply Carla8 months agoCarlaI’m trying to garden a few vegetables this summer, tomatoes, squash, lettuce & spinach, all in pots.
