Food brings joy to me knowing that its making me healthier. Me out in the open world, wildlife around me, beautiful scenery, hearing the geese or the sea, the weather, just me and the world - magical. But, of course, not to forget my wonderful bubble baths and how happy it makes me when my husband brings me a drink or puts my favourite film on or cooks for us... I am very lucky in that I naturally find joy in so many small things and have the opportunity to go out from the house straight into nature. Even writing this brings a s...Always, always nature! I simply love it. It seems to remind me of the following: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
