Coffee is more than my favored beverage: it means that I acknowledge the earth that produced it; the hands that harvested it; all the people and “tech” that brought it to my cupboard. I give thanks that I have shelter in which to make my coffee and enough peace every day to enjoy — to the very last drop. I am grateful for my smile, my body, my heart, my love, my family, friends and the world around me. I am grateful for my the continuous presence I bring to the world and my ability to be compassionate with myself. My life is a process and learning to compassionate towards myself is something I continue to mindful of. I am grateful for the love and passion my students bring everyday and the positive energy they spread in this world. Thank you...Today, I am grateful for my strength and resilience. I am grateful for my smile, my body, my heart, my love, my family, friends and the world around me.
