As the recent quote of Thich Nhat Hanh said, it is an indispensable prerequisite to love myself first. And I treasure stillness, to which I sometimes can open up. I feel it is gift of sorts and fills me with great joy to share stillness with others, which can be even in the midst of a jam session for example. With deep gratitude for much support of dear ones and friends to open up to live these values is work in progress. 6 Reply DeVonna1 year agoDeVonnaI am a deeply spiritual person and all my decisions and actions come as a result of my core beliefs in God and humanity. Is it our values that give us virtue and therefore moral? I think ultimately, we all have the same values. The foremost of which is Love. Everything leads back to love. Forgiveness is another one. And patience. Without love there is no forgiveness which leads to patience. These three. But the greatest is Love. 5 Reply Michele1 year agoMicheleTrustworthy, kindness, compassion, loyalty are some of my core values. 3 Reply Christian McEwen1 year agoChristian McEwenDo my best to keep steady and kind, and to listen to other people, trying to remember that each person has what George Eliot once called “an equivalent center of self…” 3 Reply Papilio1 year agoPapilioIntegrity.
