Meditation and practicing Phil Jackson’s zen leadership principles mentioned in a question about practices to stay grounded has helped me a lot. “1 breath=1 mind” jumps out. I use the soothing pod App on my phone Ngoc introduced me over a year ago. It has many different meditation practices and sessions, sections of bedtime stories, sounds, and music to fall asleep.
Avril, well said. Staying awake is the basic requirement for awareness. The greater awareness we have about our environment, the easier it is to design our lives to our likings.
