My heart finds meaning in promising to serve this unconditionally and with an open, vulnerable heart. Humbly I give myself completely, wanting HIS will to be mine. With deep love, with deep gratefulness and with a deep bow, may blessings be with all of you. In His will is my peace. 2 Reply reality9 months agorealityAny, if not every moment 🙂 reality 3 Reply Antoinette9 months agoAntoinetteMy heart finds meaning love and truth. 2 Reply Ose9 months agoOseAny time when I am connected with others, through meeting the other in eyes or in heart, in nature, and in prayer. 2 Reply Jill9 months agoJillwhen listening, observing, sharing – nature, sounds or quiet times; yesterday, I saw a woodpecker pluck an apricot from the ground and fly west with the whole thing clearly visible in his beak – the same woodpecker, probably, that I chased off the wooden porch beams… once he was an irritation, and then he was a joy 🙂 2 Reply Mica9 months agoMicaI don’t know about ‘meaning,’ but my heart rejoices when it sees beautiful clouds or other beauty. 4 Reply Ed Schulte9 months agoEd SchulteThe Etheric Hearth of every Human Being is in no need of any “meaning” because it IS already all knowing as the Noetical Light. It can be times that I feel eternally grateful and even in times of despair. It can be a smile from a stranger or a hug from a friend. Also in moments when I notice the beauty around me. 3 Reply sparrow9 months agosparrow. . . in every moment my heart is present . . . 2 Reply Rachel9 months agoRachelThere are moments when I am not my best self and find myself in conflict with one of my children and something allows me to pause for just a moment. And in that moment I can see how I am not present, not listening, not seeing the person before me. When this happens and I can shift to presence, the connection that happens is so deep and profound and meaningful. I always find myself so absolutely grateful for the beautiful child in front of me! 4 Reply Linda9 months agoLindaWe have a family member that is far right conservative and a deep believer in conspiracy theories of all kinds. I often feel so frustrated with her that I want to write her off. But taking the time to look at her, as I did yesterday, with love and compassion opened my heart. I am going to try something new with her, which is to not engage in the futile attempt to change her mind, but just to keep letting her know we love her. 1 Reply GratefulGal9 months agoGratefulGalWhenever I write a poem or create a SoulCollage card, when I watch my older teenage son loving on the cat, when I connect with others, when I’m donating my time/effort/$, when I let someone go ahead of me in the grocery line or perform other random little acts of kindness, especially the anonymous ones. 3 Reply Maeve9 months agoMaevebeing listened to deeply, and being able to listen and be moved, whether it is a podcast, a beautiful story. I can listen to music and it goes straight to my soul. Nature has this effect too. 5 Reply Katrina9 months agoKatrinaAll kinds of moments, it’s the moments when my heart feels full because of the people with whom I have connected through some means or another, or if I am alone it is probably through some act of creativity on either my part, someone else’s or God’s. 5 Reply devy9 months agodevyWhen I wake up in the morning and do my daily meditation, when I see someone while going for my walk I smile and say hello, or thank them person for their hard work, either from the heart clinic, the delivery man who brings my groceries or medications. I notice their smile and reactions. 5 Reply Kevin9 months agoKevinMy heart finds meaning whenever I make a real connection with another human being. It might be as simple as a handshake (before Covid), or eye contact that reaches beyond mere vision, or mutual acknowledgement of a shared experience, however simple or significant it may have been. At that moment, the eyes light up, time stops, and a new “sense” is added to the other five. 7 Reply EJP9 months agoEJPDuring times of pure gratitude and peace, sincere love and joy. 2 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
