Layla3 months agoLaylaKnowing that what I know (knowledge-facts/figures) is so very limited. There’s an infinite universal consciousness that is tapped by going within, inward. Using intuition and meditation to deepen my understanding. Testing knowledge intuitively based on whether it resonates as truth. 2 Reply Malag3 months agoMalagBy stopping seeking, stopping trying to find the answer. And getting out of the way. 3 Reply mam_gigi3 months agomam_gigiI am just trying to establish a routine of reading and reflection, which will help me progress spirtually. 3 Reply Brown Rose3 months agoBrown RoseNever stop learning Never stop asking questions Never stop exploring other angles or possibilities Never think you know it all Listen, even when you disagree 4 Reply Ose3 months agoOseThe most important way needed is to open my heart. Understanding being informed by love. So a good way to continue would be to ask myself “what would love do” ? and allow its guidance. The problem for me in such situations where this would be essentially required is to let go of fear and to follow this inner light with hope and faith. It will make all the difference. May it be, so that His light guides. 4 Reply MEG3 months agoMEG“So a good way to continue would be to ask myself “what would love do” ? and allow its guidance.” This is really nice Ose! Thank You. I have read a quote before with the word Christ (love) instead: “what would Christ do” ? 3 Reply Ose3 months agoOseThank you, dear MEG! Good question. Most probably, he did, don´t you think so? I try my best to learn from him, although often enough, failing. An what about you? 3 Reply MEG3 months agoMEGYes, I think so. He most probably did! After all, even in our own brokenness (“ failings “) we learn about hope, faith, courage, strength and gratitude. We become more compassionate to continue our path with greater understanding towards Loving more fully. Blessings, dear Ose. ❤️ 2 Reply Chung van Gog3 months agoChung van GogI believe understanding stems from tranquility. So it is by cultivating tranquility that I intend to cultivate greater understanding. 3 Reply KC3 months agoKCI can listen more, talk less… stay and be curious when my impulse is to judge and blame… choose to pause, stay silent, be with what is and reflect, before moving prematurely into reaction or action. I can stay open to conversations on challenging subjects without avoiding them or walking quickly away – while staying rooted in strong spiritual practices, community and values. 5 Reply Sandra3 months agoSandraSuch wise words, KC. Thank you 🙏 2 Reply Mary Pat3 months agoMary PatBy paying attention and doing my best to avoid distractions. Those distractions are what do me in….. 2 Reply Don Jones3 months agoDon JonesI think I will substitute the word, “understanding” for “awareness”. This removes a limitation and enables openness. 4 Reply Blossom3 months agoBlossomBehold, a human being at last! You’re aware, you’re alive. What do you do with a person like that? And the truth will set you free. 4 Reply pkr3 months agopkrStaying open and accepting. Appreciating & staying in gratitude for all. Remaining quiet more than speaking. Meditate, Pray, listen to my Soul. 3 Reply Mica3 months agoMicaBy coming up against what life brings me, day-to-day and moment-t0-moment. 3 Reply Jules B3 months agoJules BRecognise that social media buys and sells our anger and outrage as a commodity. The more we shout and scream at each other, the more money they make. Less certainty, more inquiry. Try to recognise my biases and capacity for self deception. Breathe and try and find balance 5 Reply Layla3 months agoLaylaThis is a difficult time of strong delusions, big lies and polarized views, but there’s great comfort in staying on a positive course, looking inward for the truth and remaining grounded. 7 Reply Carol3 months agoCarolKnowledge is available to me through reading and studying but knowing comes with experience. My job is willingness. We often here the quote from the Psalms: "Be still and know that I am God." I prefer the translation that says, "Desist and know that I am God." Desist instead of Resist. Evolve instead of Revolve. Once I realized this, I understood that life is process and even when the ups and downs have me shaking in my boots, I don't want to miss the show! There is a song called “Holy Darkness” sung by John Michael Talbot and you can listen to it on You Tube. We can learn a lot of things by just spending time with people . So whatever is happening with us will surely be of use in the future.
