As everyone is aware, the world is currently facing significant challenges. Some of us are more informed than others, but the majority are not. Does it not fall on the responsibility of us with greater awareness to make a more proactive effort in steering our world into a better direction?

We all make positive ripples, but humanity has faced significant challenges throughout history. Every positive ripple benefits the world in the grand and intricate web of life.

But right now, the one thing we all have in common is that we are all in the present, all of us. To put it lightly; the future is looking uncertain and potentially bleak. On its current path, we face a high probability of a dystopian future, unless the world changes its direction fast(er).

Communication and understanding are at the heart of our existence as a whole. We can use this to shape a better future. As individuals, we can all make a change. But what we need is global collaboration. As individuals, in a world this large and with so many disconnected, we are limited in our ability to bring about significant change.

Working together as a “we” and not a “me,” we are a power greater than the sum of all its parts. We have the power to change it; we have knowledge, wisdom, and with it comes responsibility.

We in the present could be the crucial role needed in shaping humanity’s future for the better. We all want enlightenment, but we should also want enlightenment for all too. If we are all enlightened as a whole, we all win.

If we can individually reach enlightenment, then only as individuals we succeed. If we abandon fellow human brethren; we can never achieve our greatest potential of enlightenment as a whole. If we are enlightened as a whole including, every single one of us. Only then we could truly be enlightened.

The time is now, the present. It’s the only thing that’s guaranteed. It’s the only thing we can all experience and it’s something we all share. Being in the present, It’s essential to remember to be kind. In times of fear, darkness or uncertainty, kindness is needed to build a better future for ourselves and every one we love. Kindness will be our survival.

You can’t skip chapters, that’s how life works. You have to read every line, meet every character. You won’t enjoy all of it.
Hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don’t want to read, you will have moments when you don’t want the pages to end. But you have to keep going. Stories keep the world revolving. Live yours, don’t miss out. – credits to ..??

I have a few that come to mind –
1- be kind to everyone you come into contact with. You never know what someone might be going through. Just a simple friendly smile or hello could be the one thing a person needs to get through what they’re going through. Give people hope when they’re feeling hopeless.

2- Never compare your situation with someone else’s. People only show you what they want you to see, especially online. You don’t know what that person may have been through to get where they are or it could simply be a facade. Focus on your own path, one foot in front of the other.

3- Only surround yourself with people who are good for you and will take you farther in life. If that means you’re only left with one or two friends in the end then so be it. There’s nothing wrong with being alone either, sometimes thats just what you need to find out what you really need.

What if life is a gift we share
and would imagine All of its beauty
    right here, right now?
    Wouldn´t awe wash over us?

What if we´d be aware of the Grace
    to being with each other
    right here, right now?
    Wouldn´t Peace have a chance?

    What if we´d share life
    in kindness and love
    right here, right now?
    Oh my God!

Develop an intimate relationship with the Creator of this universe. As many who have gone before us can attest, if you trust your deepest desires, you will find yourself living another kind of life.

True contentment or happiness is a byproduct of doing what we believe in, working toward meaningful goals. It is not an end to be found, but a byproduct of the process.

What comes to mind is the song “We are the World, We are the Children …” (Song by USA for Africa, released 1985)
