I’ll live today first. 1 Reply Jitendra Goswami6 months agoJitendra Goswamiwhat I’ll learn today it will be effect on my sleep first and then my environment also. if i learn or see something great and helpfull then i’ll feel so great and happy so i’ll see everything great around me and if i got something negitivity and i learn something bad i can’t sleep as well and i’ll seek everything bad about my environment. is it true or not ? 2 Reply mam_gigi6 months agomam_gigiToday I learned that I need to think about the energy I am sending into the universe. I need to let go of control and be willing to be okay without any outcome, including failure. I am working on forgiving myself and not letting go of the belief that outcome of every situation somehow depends on me. So tomorrow, I am going to try not to meddle, interfere, or micromanage, but let things be. 1 Reply Don Jones6 months agoDon JonesTomorrow never comes, so best I continue to stay focused on what is here and now. 3 Reply Deb Waites6 months agoDeb WaitesIt’s kinda all I can do to be here now. 3 Reply Sky6 months agoSkyTomorrow is a new day therefore taking away what I’ve learned from today and reflecting it into tomorrow is hard. What I have learned today is that we mustn’t stress to much and we must understand our differences. <3 3 Reply pkr6 months agopkrNot sure, I don’t really understand this question…I am trying soooooo hard to stay in the present and not get ahead of myself with “tomorrow”, so I am going to just stay focused on now, the present moment. Happy Day All.🙏 3 Reply Eddie6 months agoEddieWell, I’ve learned more isn’t always really more. I used to try to do a lot in a day and felt good about that. Now, I try to do the few important things (be with family, be present). It is really hard to not be doing stuff for me. But, it has been so helpful to be present and let things that don’t really need to be done go. 2 Reply katiehilborne6 months agokatiehilborneThat being honest is always the best way to be, even in awkward situations, even when you don’t like it. 2 Reply Elle6 months agoElleHopefully, my words & actions will be in sync = letting go of what does not work for me- free of feeling as if I am missing out on something. 3 Reply Charlie T6 months agoCharlie TI’m trying not to look ahead or behind, but Just moving forward today with an open heart. Continuing to grow and change every day. 2 Reply Barb C6 months agoBarb CThis is most likely to happen if I pay attention today so I actually notice the lessons. 3 Reply Carol6 months agoCarolThis is it. The opportunity to evolve comes moment to moment and invites me to “Come and See.” NOW is my greatest opportunity to grow. Let it BE. 5 Reply Patricia6 months agoPatriciaAll of my tomorrows depend on who I am today, how I act, what I do. So I’ll just pay attention to the now, and do my best. 5 Reply Christine6 months agoChristineToday I've been busy sorting out nursery rhymes. I have been asked to play nursery rhymes for people with Alzheimer's next Tuesday. So it is very short day. Tomorrow I'm going to rehearse with my sister who plays the flute. I accompany her on the piano. Tomorrow I'll find out if we can get our hands on the songs quickly. Besides, it was nice to go through all those old songs again. It brought me back to a happy time. I’ve been reading the Yoga Sutras, which are very applicable to life. What I read and learn about today will, I’m sure, help me be a better me tomorrow. 3 Reply Antoinette6 months agoAntoinetteHopefully I will be less of a drama Queen ! 4 Reply Marnie Jackson6 months agoMarnie JacksonHopefully tomorrow – I will be more aware of my privilege and let it help me understand others better 2 Reply EJP6 months agoEJP“We shape our worlds. We literally shape tomorrow today.
