Have a good day! 2 Reply Hunter12 months agoHunterI bought some beautiful yarn from a wonderful local yarn shop that is closed except for curbside pickups. I’m going to start making a blanket for my little granddaughter. And this evening, I’m having a picnic with my husband, on the living room floor (It’s still mostly winter here.) Potato salad is goodness itself, this gray time of year! 6 Reply Michele12 months agoMicheleToday, April 23rd is National Picnic Day! I’ve been sucked into the vortex of dire news and misery for the past couple of weeks–and fear. Time to switch it up. 3 Reply Melissa12 months agoMelissaToday I will plant three more native plants for the bees and butterflies in honor of Mother Earth. I am calling or texting thanking each person in my life that works hard to save the environment, wildlife and humans. It is not I who uplift them. So today, especially since it’s Earth Day, I am going to acknowledge them, wallow in them, and honour them. I’ll help myself along by going on a news diet too! 3 Reply TeriB12 months agoTeriBBy paying attention to all the good that is happening rather than focusing on all the unfortunate. I feel so incredibly fortunate in this life that i feel it’s the least I can do. Today I called a woman who is over 80 and of course is in the risk group due to her age. I try to call at least two times a week and I offer guided meditations. I hope I can uplift goodness by smiling and helping anyone I meet everyday.
