Shedd. Since, I lost my husband, I cook very simpel meals. Boring. But today, because of this question, I’ll make something special for myself. Tomatoes, sardines, olives, peas, patatoes, chilipepper, intalian herbs, that all covered with cheese in the oven. I realy wished I could invite you all. It is here, in that sliver of conscious existence with this breath and this heartbeat that life truly is. The allure of reliving the past or revelling in the potential of the future is only taking me away from now. And it is here and now that time slows down and there is, in contrast, a vastness where the magic happens. Inspiration happens here, and connection. It is the doorway to the soul. Solutions need the problem before they appear. Vaccines don't appear before disease. Good things happen accidentally, too - good luck, not just bad luck. Like people we meet. It's easier to see bad that might, or might not, happen, than it is to see the good, but the good will be there, we can count on it.
