If I listen intuitively to my body, it lets me know what it needs to be well: exercise, fluids, food that will nourish it, rest, time to rejuvenate and time to be active. Turn off the TV, close the computer, take the earbuds out and then I do something that allows me to hear what my body is telling me. And then I follow its lead. 3 Reply slawrence11 months agoslawrenceBy letting go of stress and worry, by letting go of my desire for control. Creating nourishing & healthy foods for my meals & snacks has become an equal part of my day. Accepting my neighbor’s baggie of baked goods is nurturing too. Drinking lots of water & teas are also important. I’ve also been led to consistent bed times & rise & shine times. 1 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
