Restoring it would be a good new beginning. Sleep and being in the natural world will surely help. 2 Reply Yram1 month agoYramMy morning routine was disturbed so here it is evening. I played cornnhole, slept late and went to an art show opening that expressed spiritual ideas. I was renewed. 2 Reply Don Jones1 month agoDon JonesBy doing nothing. 2 Reply Nath1 month agoNathToday I should not complain about any pains in my body and try to be grateful for so much that is going good around me 2 Reply pkr1 month agopkrCentering myself with my breath, grounding, positive affirmations and prayer. Each new day is a new beginning, a renewal of sorts. I begin anew & create all that is good. And so it is. 3 Reply Rabbit1 month agoRabbitI had a difficult home life as a kid. This site has helped me focus more on the good that is present with the difficult. Thoughts seem to coming to me more often about things that I am grateful for in that home situation. I am trying to see each thought as a begin anew. 6 Reply GR8FULL1 month agoGR8FULLI have a 30-minute morning routine that consists of prayer, meditation, self reflection, and gratitude. Ive been doing it for 4 months now, occasionally tweaking it with new insights I learn, etc. and I am seeing/feeling/experiencing positive results. I will continue on this path and be grateful for yesterdays opportunities, lessons, achievements and failures and view today as a blank canvas. 5 Reply Ose1 month agoOseLet go of guilt feelings about failure and in the same time keep hope and faith that all will be well. Happy Sunday to all of you dear friends! 5 Reply Pilgrim1 month agoPilgrimHappy Sunday to you, as well, dear Ose! Blessings in these days and the days ahead, my friend. 3 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaI’m beginning anew today after a great night’s sleep, after a couple nights of lousy sleep that left me with little energy to do much other than play freecell. 3 Reply Butterfly1 month agoButterflyThis breath……. and this breath……. Every breath is a fresh start. 5 Reply Hermann-Josef1 month agoHermann-JosefThat there is a past is only a thought in the present. If there is no past, there is nothing old. The present moment is always new. The I is something within awareness of the present moment , so it must be new already. Forgive , forget, be now 9 Reply Laura1 month agoLauraThe question made me think of the Benedictine(?) maxim, “Always we begin again.” A new start happens in a moment. Often I have to accumulate a lot of new starts before I can make a lasting change. 8 Reply Michele1 month agoMicheleBy being present. Happy World Emoji Day on my calendar – there are many “days” every day, and I’m grateful to you, Michele, for the motivation to buy the calendar last spring. I groaned about 365 pieces of ‘note’ paper but am finding them wonderful and useful. 🙂 😐 🙁 -those seem to be the emojis that I can post on this site using my keys. Warm wishes to you and everyone 🙂 1 Reply Antoinette1 month agoAntoinetteToday I woke up and saw this question and I didn’t respond immediately. After meditation I am so grateful for having felt old trauma lifting away. It was almost like someone or something took the old heavy burden away. Beginning anew means having a beginners mind all the time. It means keeping the fire of faith lit and praying for the falseness to disappear. Thank you all so much for being here. I’m so grateful and in awe of the universe. All I can really say is thank you from the heart. 9 Reply Hermann-Josef1 month agoHermann-JosefGood to hear you feel better, Antoinette 5 Reply Antoinette1 month agoAntoinetteThank you 🙏 1 Reply sunnypatti1 month agosunnypattiI woke up to a new day, so that’s a start! I don’t feel like I need to begin anything “anew,” so I’ll just plan to have a good day at work, come home and practice some yoga and see where the rest of the day takes me! Happy Sunday, all 🙂 5 Reply Kevin1 month agoKevinI just did. Got up from bed, got dressed, shaved, and to the mirror said, “Let’s go old man.” 10 Reply Rabbit1 month agoRabbitLove this. Thank you. I will share it with my 83 year old husband who is having a rough day. It will be inspiring. 1 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaAnd then you had your coffee??
