They all sang gleefully. 6 Reply pkr1 month agopkrMy morning “practice” is going well. Waking up grateful, listening to the birds, stepping outside for sunshine on my face, breathing deep, ringing my serenity bell, making coffee, writing in my morning journal, praying & spending time in meditation. Yoga and walking as the day progresses. I am grateful I have the time and space for this “practice”. 5 Reply Nancy1 month agoNancy“ All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.” ― Julian of Norwich 8 Reply lotus blossom1 month agolotus blossomone of my favourite quotes, Nancy. 1 Reply Mica1 month agoMicaSuch a wonderful quote by a wonderful woman – thanks, Nancy 🙂 2 Reply Hermann-Josef1 month agoHermann-JosefIf I choose gratitude this very moment, then this moment is a happy moment. it is a grace choosing gratitude 4 Reply Linda1 month agoLindaI am grateful for medical insurance so my husband can go to the doctor today. After an extended rainy spring we finally got a day of glorious warm sun on Solstice yesterday. I went for two long walks, one with my sweetheart, holding hands as we always do when we walk. We have good friends we can ride bikes with who enjoy sitting and chatting with a beverage and who live nearby so it's easy to hang out spontaneously. My work is productive with a lot of past effort beginning to pay off in a big way that is going to make positive change in my entire state. My health is good and so is my husband’s. My daughters have people who love them and work they’re good at. I finally have traction in my planning for a much-needed kitchen remodel and–miracle of miracles–the appliances I want are actually in a nearby warehouse and will be delivered in 4 weeks. I just had a wonderful “sisters weekend” with my sister and sister-in-law and got to talk, laugh, eat, shop, drink, and explore a small town for 3 whole days, including going to their first-ever Pride parade and cheering. I am fortunate to feel so much goodness in my life these days.
