Step 1
Close your eyes and breathe deeply. When your mind has calmed down, remember some favorite smell from your childhood. The ones connected with food are often the first ones to come to mind. Add another one; and a third one – maybe a fragrance connected with a special place or season of the year. Among this little collection of memorable smells, which is your favorite one? Close your eyes once more and savor for awhile the childhood memories this smell evokes.
