Gratefulness
Practice gratefulness everyday
Sad memories where I could have treated someone better. But it’s time to forgive myself and let go of all negative thoughts and regrets 🙂
I am mentoring two girls for their study plan and by sending them some notes about how they can improve, or books they should read, I can bring joy to them.
I have a close friend, he is studying overseas. We always share things together. By telling him how much I appreciate his presence, I can bring joy to him.
I have sent an interesting video to some of my friends whom I thought would benefit from it. And it brought joy to them.
So simple, just care and express your feel...
So simple, just care and express your feelings towards whom you love. And it brings happiness to them <3
Listen to them, to understand, not to reply.
I don’t need to shift anything to feel grateful. I’m at home, with my beloved family, chilled music and a good wifi to read books and writing here. It’s a good life everyday!
