By noticing and appreciating all the natural beauty outside my window as I see the sun rise reflecting a golden hue on the water. Practicing gratitude in this moment for all that arises in the moment.
Wonderful message so needed in the world today. We can become so caught up in the dire circumstances of what is happening that we miss the opportunity to send out what is really needed into the universe – namely love, presence and peace. Thank you!
Beautiful – thank you!
I think I first must discern if the longings are coming from a place of ego or spirit. Is it a want or a need? In the noticing of that I can delve deeper into what is being called for in this moment. Usually longing is a clinging to the past or the future if coming from the ego. In the present moment I feel longing is just desire for connection with presence.
In nature when present. At the end of a yoga practice in shavasana pose of rest. In moments with my autistic daughter where she is not experiencing anxiety and a real connection gets made. Seeing the beautiful sunrise this morning. To describe the feeling of serenity in one is the same in all, I suppose – it’s peaceful and soft.
What a wonderful message that I am grateful for having been blessed to read this morning! The simplicity of the Stop.Look.Go practice is one that I will take forward into my day and share with others. Thank you so much for the beautifully written article.
Everything, possibly. What I truly know is that in the pause I am able to access a deeper knowing within myself and whatever comes through that space is usually less concerned with the ego and more identified with soul.
Beautiful tribute to beautiful Mary. Thank you!
I believe that what I do (and what I learn) today has great implications on how my tomorrow unfolds. To the degree of presence I bring in this moment the health of my body, mind and spirit are tied to all future moments.
For peace and well-being. Interestingly enough, it’s most often here present and available. Only my egoic mind thinks otherwise.
