I am thankful for my special needs daughter, Molly who through her struggles wakes me up more fully and teaches me how to best be present to her suffering and to the suffering of the world. I am thankful for all the voices of those who’ve learned through struggle how to expand and to become larger in spite of pain. They are the beacons of light that shine hopeful for me at times when I need it most.
By noticing and appreciating all the natural beauty outside my window as I see the sun rise reflecting a golden hue on the water. Practicing gratitude in this moment for all that arises in the moment.
Wonderful message so needed in the world today. We can become so caught up in the dire circumstances of what is happening that we miss the opportunity to send out what is really needed into the universe – namely love, presence and peace. Thank you!
Beautiful – thank you!
What a wonderful message that I am grateful for having been blessed to read this morning! The simplicity of the Stop.Look.Go practice is one that I will take forward into my day and share with others. Thank you so much for the beautifully written article.
Beautiful tribute to beautiful Mary. Thank you!
