Love is the endless ocean of God.
Being grateful reminds me that God and the Universe are always on my side. That I am supported and that life is working out exactly the way it’s supposed to. This gives me courage to face each day, each challenge. And these days of late have been quite challenging, to say the least! I ask for the courage to be strong in the face of fear and worry, and to lead by example.
be grateful that it is healthy and functioning. fuel it with love and healthy foods. stretch it and move it!
peace, love, happiness and good health!
opportunity! opportunity to start this day with a clear head, fresh eyes, and an open heart. opportunity for me, personally, to continue to take the appropriate steps to move up at my job. opportunity to practice gratitude for this life, realizing how fortunate I truly am.
My faith in God.
Gratitude matters because it keeps us out of the ego state of mind and returns us to the God state of mind. It brings us to the truth of our being and can remind us what a gift life really is.
This time right now. Early in the morning. I just woke about 20 mins ago, did some meditation, and am now here on my favorite website to continue to ground myself and be grateful before I go out into the world to do my job. The peaceful time in the wee hours before my boyfriend and pets wake up is sacred time, and I love it!
meditation. prayer. standing in the sunlight.
The beauty of the diversity of the customers I will deal with today. May I be compassionate and non-judgmental, and may I offer light to all whom I encounter.
I no longer need others to make me feel worthy.
I no longer need an outside source to help me deal with feelings.
I no longer need to regret or cry over my past. I know now that everything was a lesson…everything happens for a reason.
I’m grateful to wake up to another day. To be healthy and in love. To have a job that I can still go to. And for the faith and trust I have that all is going to be okay.
LOVE. Connecting with others. Helping others feel good about themselves. Being happy. Being in tune with God and letting him lead my life.
I’ve witnessed so many beautiful sunrises and sunsets over my lifetime. Mostly at the beach I live near, and lived on for years when I was a bit younger. Also, when I visited Costa Rica, the sunrises & sets there were incredible… no matter where I have seen them, they always fill me with a sense of awe and remind me that there is something bigger than myself.
I think a sunrise or sunset viewing would be pretty healing, so I’m going to try and catch one soon!!
waking up. clean water to drink. free concerts and workouts on youtube! I’m not sure if that counts as basic, but right now, I am incredibly grateful for it!
peace & wellness to all!
I always feel at home when I am by or in the water – especially the ocean and the waters that connect to it.
I am at home at my parents’ house.
I am at home with my love, no matter where we are. He makes me feel safe and free and loved, and that is home 🙂
Associated with sadness, yet you are far from that for me.
You are the ocean, the sky, the creeks and rivers and lakes.
You are a clean pool to dive into and release what keeps us tense.
You bring thoughts of peace and content.
When people ask me what my favorite color is, I always tell them it is you.
The prayer of St. Francis and then quieting my mind to listen to what God wants me to do.
May we all have peace of mind and good health.
I hit a rock bottom a few years ago, and my mom was there for me in ways she did not have to be. Where I expected judgment, she gave me love. We already had a great relationship, but that experience strengthened our bond. I’m so grateful for her <3
