Gratefulness
I can start by not letting my mood affect those around me who dont deserve it. If I feel angry at the world I tend to take it out on those that love me the most.
I met an awesome gal at a tailgate this weekend. She was so sweet and we bonded instantly! We’re meeting up for a gals wine night next week & I cant wait for our friendship to grow!
By letting people know that not every day has to be a good day! By listening to those in need and being compassionate. I have realized that I don’t know the full story of the man or woman next to me, what lies beneath the surface of these people? Why is that woman crying in her car or that war veteran in a wheelchair. For me, I can show my care to the world by being sensitive to other peoples situations. I can try to wave down that woman in her car and ask her what I can do for her, eve...

I have realized that I don’t know the full story of the man or woman next to me, what lies beneath the surface of these people? Why is that woman crying in her car or that war veteran in a wheelchair. For me, I can show my care to the world by being sensitive to other peoples situations. I can try to wave down that woman in her car and ask her what I can do for her, even if it is just a simple prayer. I can ask that Vet if he needs any help with his groceries. I believe that these small things can make all the difference in the energy that I put out into the world.
My faith! I have recently come back to my faith in prayer and reading the word. It has forced me to look at my past mistakes, learn from them and grow. It is something that I use as my anchor.
I have been working on manifestation and have noticed bonds healing around me. I also have placed more positive people in my life now more than ever before. This has greatly helped the distance I felt from people before. As someone who craves human interaction and can very easily feel lonely, I can honestly say that at this moment in my life, I feel blessed with the connections I have.
I would share the tools that I used to feel that happiness. I would try to help those dear to me to feel the same way through gratitude & positive thinking.
I think I have a lot to work on with this one. I often don’t voice my convictions for fear of making waves. Holding steadfast to them and being confident in myself could change this but I hadn’t really though much into it until now.
My action affect those around me, so having a positive attitude, listening to others and showing that I am someone they can come to in times of need!
I think there are so many crazy things happening in this world, it is hard to not try to ground yourself to something positive. For me, this is my faith. Several things have gone downhill for me in the past year such as relationships, friendships and personal growth. But since this, I have grounded myself in my faith. I do not mean this is easy for me but I have learned to really notice the beauty around me that this world has to offer. I have also become more empathetic to peoples situations...

I do not mean this is easy for me but I have learned to really notice the beauty around me that this world has to offer. I have also become more empathetic to peoples situations and pain. I look every day for what I am grateful for, even if it is as simple as the nice breeze outside and I think this helps me embrace the world and the people around me more.
Gratitude has recently been very difficult for me. I have spent so much time in a state of envy and a war within myself. To express gratitude and serve peace, I can begin with what I feel inside towards myself and others. Listen to other peoples pain and joys and learn to spread positivity in a world that really needs it.
Yes! This is great! Wishing you the best on getting those creative juices flowing.
I need to do the same!
Love this!
You will do great Patti! Good luck!
Hi Maeve! Great story, you will definitely get there! I’m sure your group living situation can be stressful but with enough patience and breathing you will master it.
I love this! 🙂
