Gratefulness
Ruth Bader Ginsberg for today. We ended our Mindfulness Meditation on Sunday with each person reflecting on one of her qualities that we will emulate in our lives. Mine is impartiality the ability to not be enveloped within an opinion or belief that prevents seeing the full situation. Recognizing and discerning boundaries that may protect and those that isolate. She was the epitome of mindfulness in her speech and decorum.
Listen and attend to whomever is in front of me.
Overwhelmed with her excellence as a musician as well as an engaging speaker and her self confidence inspired me. truly deaf? but hearing her way. She must have practiced so much of her life to reach the beauty of her speaking persona and her art.
