Feelings of anxiety and self-doubt of the future. By accepting that nothing is guaranteed, everything is permitted.
God. I can only take myself so far but, God keeps me calm and grounded. “He doesn’t ask us to understand. He just asks us to believe.”
Some things I can do is to express kindness and gentleness to everyone I meet, to say a small prayer to God for someone I don’t know who seems to be having a rough day, and to focus on things to be grateful for.
I know that God loves you and me.
I can savor the best things in life by being aware of them, acknowledging them, and truly appreciating them by expressing gratitude toward them and for them.
